Class of 2022

Year 6 Graduation & Farewell

What a huge final week of primary school it was for Year 6 with their graduation and farewell.

Year 6 Graduation was celebrated on Wednesday 14th December as part of our school Excellence Assembly. Year 6 had their final roll call when presented with their graduation certificate and gift. Year 6 had the honor of leaving the assembly first. They danced their way out to celebrate the end of their primary school journey. They have faced some challenging times over the final years of their primary schooling, but they got through it and enjoyed being back in the classroom together.

The following evening, stage 3 celebrated in style at the farewell which was beautifully decorated in a Hawaiian theme. During the course of the evening, we enjoyed a trivia about Year 6 students, a delicious meal, dancing, some special karaoke appearances by students and staff, and a slide show down memory lane. A fabulous evening was had by all.

Once again, we would like to say a very big thank you to Mrs Hesse, Mrs Walsh, Mrs Savill, Mr Ryman, Mrs Wiley, the P & C, Mrs Christiansen and Mrs D for their hard work and help in ensuring that it was a special evening that Year 6 will remember fondly. Along with Belinda Carter who coordinated and provided the entertainment!

We wish Year 6 all the best for their next adventure into high school. We are certain that they all have a very bright future ahead.
