2024/2025 ENROLMENT INFORMATION
Sydney Catholic Schools enrolments for Kindergarten 2024 and Year 7 2025 are now open at https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/enrolment/enrol-now.
St Aidan's Open Day will be held on 2nd March at 9-10.30am and 3.30-5.30pm.
If you are applying to enrol your younger children in our school, or you are applying for your Year 5 or 6 children into Secondary, we encourage you to apply online as soon as possible. There are FAQs available to assist you in completing your online application at https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/enrolment/faq

ST AIDAN'S OPEN DAY - SPREAD THE WORD
St Aidan's Open Day will be held on Thursday 2nd March at 9-10.30am and 3.30-5.30pm. Please spread the word about our amazing school and our up coming Open Day. Year 6 students will be proudly leading our school tours on the day. Families in our school will be given a pack of flyers next week to deliver to letterboxes in their street or surrounding area to help promote our Open Day. If you would like to deliver more flyers please see our office staff.

CAMP AUSTRALIA
This year St Aidan's has a new Before and After School Care provider - Camp Australia. We are busy working together with Camp Australia to provide the best service for our students and families. In the early stages of any good working relationship there are questions to be asked and processes to be understood and established.
It is essential that you have registered your child with Camp Australia. Even if you do not use Before and After School Care now, please register your child with Camp Australia if you think there may be a possibility that you will need their services in the future. Registration is free and once registered your child has access to care on a casual basis, including at short notice. Please click on the Camp Australia link to register your child now.
Camp Australia has an app which you can download to make or cancel bookings with ease and at short notice.
Other helpful information:
- Booked sessions may be cancelled at no cost with at least 48 hours notice.
- Cancellations within 48 hours will incur the session fee.
- Casual bookings are welcome and do not incur an extra cost if booked with at least 48 hours notice.
- A casual booking within 48 hours will be an additional $2.50.
- Should you need an immediate casual booking due to unforeseen circumstances you can book the session quickly using the app or simply call the St Aidan’s Camp Australia service number 0404 723 482 and they will complete the booking.
Please contact the School Office or Camp Australia if you have any further questions or concerns and if you require assistance with registration or using the app. We are here to help you in any way we can and we are very keen to establish a seamless Before and After School Care experience for our students and their families.
ANAPHYLATIC & ASTHMA PLANS
A reminder that any new or updated health plans are now due in to the school office. All students that require a health plan must have an updated plan for the 2023 school year.

P & F - SECOND HAND UNIFORM SHOP
St Aidan’s Uniform Shop, Donations and Volunteers
The St Aidan’s Uniform Shop will open every second Friday during Term 1 on the even weeks. Opening times are 8:30am – 8:50am. The next shop opening will be Friday 28 February.
You may also email your order to the school office by COB Thursday, including child’s full name, class and pay via direct debit. Orders will be filled on Friday and sent home with the student. Any exchanges or refunds must be organised in person on Fridays during school term (see above for dates/times).

All proceeds from the Uniform Shop go to the St Aidan’s Parents and Friends Association. Please email the school office with any Uniform Shop enquiries/online orders. If you have any uniform items in good condition that your children have outgrown, please feel free to donate them to the Uniform Shop by leaving them with the school office. If you would like to volunteer to help out at the Uniform Shop, please email the school office with your interest and availability as we will create a roster for Term 1.
P & F - ICE BLOCK FRIDAYS
Fun Food Fridays will start next Friday 17 February. Zooper Doopers are available to purchase for $1 at the second lunch break. All money raised will go to St Aidan's P & F Fund.
