VCE Scored Assessment/VCE Vocational Major Subject Selection

Year 10 and 11 students will soon begin making their online subject selections for 2023. All students will be receiving instructions and passwords to log onto Web Preferences in the coming days. It is very important that the right choices are made at this point. All students have access to first-class careers and subject advice from senior teaching staff and the careers teachers. I hope that everyone is happy and settled with the decisions that they have made; however, if any student is still a little unsure about their intended course, I encourage them to keep asking questions; it is much easier to change a subject at this stage than a month into next year!

We are pleased to be able to offer VCE Religion and Society again at Year 11 level next year. This is an excellent subject, particularly for students interested in the Humanities/English field; I encourage students to find out more about this subject to seek further information from Mr Perri, and to include it in their program.

Study Skills

Year 10 and 11 students will have their last Study Skills seminar for the year on Tuesday 26 July.  The session will again be delivered by Elevate Education presenters. Students will have follow-up activities during their mentor group classes. Students and families can also access the student support section of the Elevate Education website.

Student Website

The Elevate Education website, www.elevateeducation.com contains a range of resources students can access after the seminar. These include:
