Parent Teacher Interviews
Parent Teacher Interviews are scheduled for Tuesday 2 August (3:30pm to 6.00pm) and Thursday 11 August (3:30pm to 8.00pm).
Interview bookings can be made through the Parent Portal, as usual, until 10pm the night before the interview days. Full details of how to use the booking system and how to access the Zoom appointments will be emailed to all parents on Monday next week. When scheduling your appointments, we recommend that you leave a gap between each interview booking to allow for teachers who may, despite their best efforts, fall slightly behind schedule.
Please remember to make a list of your interview times and teachers when you make your appointments, as this will be needed on the interview day for you to use the Zoom links. Note that the interview bookings cannot be viewed in the portal on the day of the interviews.
All interviews will be held via Zoom. Detailed instructions, including Zoom links for each teacher’s virtual meeting room, will be emailed on Monday 1 August.

2023 subject choices for students currently in Years 7 to 11
Students who are currently in Years 7 to 11 will be finalising decisions about their 2023 subject choices very soon.
Current Year 10 students have already received the subject handbook for next year, outlining the course and subject options. Instructions on how to enter their choices via the web portal will follow shortly, via email.
Students currently in Years 7 to 9 and their parents will receive information via email today about the subjects on offer and details on how to enter their choices.
Please take the time to discuss your child’s choices with them, and contact the relevant Assistant Head of School if you need any additional information.
