A busy term in extra curricula activities for our students! 

• Mrs Chloe Stevens and Mr Mal Burt who took a group of students to the Victorian All Schools Cross Country Championships (trial to represent Victoria at the Australian Cross-Country Championships) at Bundoora Park. Congratulations to all competitors! Lots of great performances. Stands outs include Will from Year 7 placing top 20 and Archer from Year 10 placing 10th. Archer has now qualified for the Australian Championships next month in Adelaide!
• On Saturday 23 July, our students competed in the Aerobic Victorian State Championships. They performed extremely well with our team in the Year 7-9 choregraphed section, Lightning, placing second overall, and our individual competitors, Loui Mouchaileh (Year 10) placing first and Charlotte Williams-Watt (Year 8N) placing fourth. All competitors have qualified for the NATIONALS in September. Thank you and to Ms Gen Donovan and Ms Jodie Burton for their efforts at training sessions and competitions supporting our students!
• Congratulations to our Intermediate Year 9 and 10 girls football team and Coach Miss Libby Toovey and assistant coach Ms Hannah Martin who led our girls to a fabulous win at SMR girls football. They have now qualified for the quarter and semi finals on the 9 August. 
• Congratulations to our Senior Boys Soccer Team and Coach Mr Adam Martin who took out the SMR Champs! Now off to state on 1 September! 
• Congratulations also to our Senior Boys AFL, inter boys and girls badminton teams and senior girls soccer teams! Thank you to all coaches for giving up their time to coach these teams!
