Science Week

13 - 21 August

Science week was full of celebrations during our first full year back at school, Monday was kicked off by a plank’s incursion for the year 7’s where they were faced with the challenge of building towers and other structures within a team. Throughout the week there were many other activities such as a liquid nitrogen demo, stunt glass and daily quizzes. To end the week a marshmallow construction competition was held with some very impressive towers built and lots of marshmallows eaten. All in all, science week was successful with great responses from the students. I would like to give a special thank you to Ms Eagle and all the other teachers who dedicated their time and effort towards science week this year.
