Student Learning Progress Meetings - Term 3

Involving parents in the learning that takes place at school is an integral element to the ongoing learning growth and attainment of all students. With that in mind, all parents are warmly invited to book appointments to meet their child's teacher/s later on this term to discuss student learning, current academic goals and strategies to support at home. These meetings will take place between Weeks 8 and 10 of Term 3.

From next Tuesday (16th August), parents can use the Compass parent app to book an appointment with their child's teacher. Attached here is a reminder of how to use the app to book appointments.

Year 2 Informative Writing

Year 2 have been using the recent Commonwealth Games as inspiration for their writing this week. After researching Australian athletes who were competing at the Games, they were then able to take the facts that they had learned and produce information reports based on their athlete.
