ANNUAL SWIMMING SPORTS CARNIVAL
The Annual Swimming Sports Carnival is coming up on Wednesday 17 February at the Carnegie Swimming Pool.
Students are to make their own way to the Carnegie pool by 8:30am to get their name marked off on the roll by their Form Teacher. Students will be dismissed from the pool at approximately 3pm.
Location: Koornang Park, Moira Ave, Carnegie, Melway Reference: 68 H6, phone number 9571 8143.
REMEMBER: to DRESS UP in your favourite under the sea costume and there will be a sausage sizzle on the day along with a canteen.
Also: while there is a canteen and sausage sizzle students should also bring food and drink
PLEASE NOTE: IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EVERY STUDENT TO BE SUN SMART AND APPLY SUNSCREEN AND WEAR A HAT. ENSURE THAT YOU BRING YOUR OWN SUNSCREEN AND THAT IT IS RE-APPLIED. EXTRA SUNSCREEN IS AVAILABLE.

- Inter Round Robin - Thursday 10 March

JUNIOR SPORT REPORT
Welcome to the World of McKinnon Junior Sport!
Congratulations to all Junior school students for their smooth transition into their new sport session for 2016.
All students have now been allocated their sport for the year. Compass will now reflect this. There is an opportunity to swap their Term 2, 3 & 4 sports towards the end of Term 1.
Please could you remind your child to bring their labelled hats and water bottle to each sports session.
Those travelling offsite to local venues will walk to the venue for their sports session and will be dismissed from the venue at 2:50pm (cricket 3:00pm) to either walk home, walk back to school or get picked up.
