PPPS School Concert

PPPS SCHOOL CONCERT

Wednesday 18th September and Thursday 19th September

Children and staff are very excited. Rehearsals have already begun. Information about your child’s performance night  was sent home on Monday 22nd July

Your child’s year level concert representative will let you know costume requirements within the next few weeks.      

   TICKET SALES INFORMATION

The School Concert flyer and ticket order form will be published on Compass later this term.

 

Tickets will be on sale from 9.00am on Monday 12th August

The preferred method of ticket sales for the School Concert will be on Qkr. It is highly recommended that families use this method of payment for concert ticket sales. You will be able to order your tickets on line from 9.00am on Monday 12th August and avoid potential queues at the school office that morning. The allocation of seating according to ticket sales through Qkr will be automated and issued in chronological order based on date and time of payment.

 

For those families not purchasing tickets through Qkr, you will be able to pay and order them through the school office. Orders will be timed and dated as they are received. Orders and payment through the school office will only be taken from 9.00am on Monday 12th August. Any order forms received prior to this will be returned. This is to ensure a fair go for all.

 

 

If your family are going to be away during ticket sales you will have to organise for another family member at the school or a friend to purchase tickets on your behalf.

There will be no pre ordering or reserving of tickets.

 

All payment methods are open from 9.00am only.

 

There are strict guidelines to be followed if you are ordering your tickets through the school office on the morning of Monday 12th August as follows;

  1. Payment methods through the office will only be cash or credit card.
  2. If paying by cash you must have the exact amount as we won’t be able to give change.
  3. If paying by credit card you MUST have the credit card details already written on the bottom of the payment form ready to leave with us. We will NOT be processing payments on Monday 12th August, the reason for this is to avoid long delays while waiting for payments to process and we only have the one EFTPOS terminal.                                                                                        Payments will then be processed later that day/week.
  4. If you wish to sit with another family, your ticket order form will need to be sent in together with all names on it. Only ONE person is to hand in the form on behalf of all families with correct method of payment for all families.
  5. If you do not have the order form complete with names or credit card details when you reach the office counter you will be asked to step aside out of the queue and complete your details while we attend to the next person.

 Tickets will be sent home with your youngest child in the week prior to the concert.
