BOOK FAIR!     BOOK FAIR!      BOOK FAIR!

Next week is the start of the annual St Edward's Book Fair!

Next week (3 May - 7 May) each class will be invited to view the books and to write their Wish List to take home for discussion with parents and carers.

The purchasing days will be the following week.

Each class will visit the library throughout the day to buy and parents and carers are welcome from 8.00am.

Primary - Monday, 10 May from 8.00am in the Multi Purpose Hall.

Infants - Tuesday, 11 May from 8.00am in the Infants Hall.

The options for purchases are:

Online - the instructions are on the back of the Wish List. Please provide the 8 digit receipt number on the back of the Wish List when purchasing.

Eftpos - at the school

Cash - only if necessary due to Covid-19.

We look forward to this being an exciting Book Fair after the students were unable to physically attend last year. And, please remember, St Edward’s receives commission that we can then use to purchase books to improve and expand the collection in our Libraries for our students.

Please return library books from last term

It would help us immensely if all books that were borrowed last term are returned to the library as soon as possible. It is important to note the books in the library belong to the entire school community and they are a wonderful resource for students and families to expand reading opportunities. All books can be returned on any day to class teachers who will ensure they are delivered to the library.

All St Edward's library books have a sticker barcode that says St Edward's School (it may be on the back, front or inside cover) so if you are not sure if it is a school book, have a look for that clue.

In a couple of weeks there will be overdue notices sent home with students to remind them to look for overdue books. We would appreciate as many books as possible to be returned before then. After a period of a few weeks we will be asking for the replacement cost of the books.

See you in the Library!
