From the Principal

In Faith we show ...

Respect, Empathy, Inclusion & Excellence

We have come to the end of Term 1 and there is much to give thanks for and be proud of. The term started with the staff and students settling back into normal routines with ease, comfort and ready to take part in the teaching and learning for the term ahead.

There have been activities and events held which have shown the excellent teamwork, cooperation and great enthusiasm between the staff, the students and the families.

Term 2 will see us continue with rejuvenated strength to teach the best possible outcomes for the students.

Sacrament of Reconciliation - Thursday 23rd March

Last Tuesday our Year 3 and 4 Students  celebrated the Sacrament of Reconciliation with their families. We had most of the 39 children receiving the sacrament or a special blessing with their families.  Congratulations to the teachers and students for the reverence and enthusiasm shown throughout their learning and participation.

As the holidays begin I hope that you all have a peaceful Easter and safe time with your families.   I thank you for your patience and understanding with the COVID restrictions that we had to implement and now look forward to having family participation at our school events.

Please keep an eye on the School Calendar on our website under the tab of News for all the events for Term 2.

Please note that Term 2 for students commences on Tuesday, 20th April 2021 as Monday 19 April is a Curriculum Day for all the staff.

Yours sincerely

Margaret Carlei

Principal

Easter Blessing

Lord, the resurrection of Your Son

has given us new life and renewed hope.

Help us to live as new people

in pursuit of the Christian ideal.

Grant us wisdom to know what we must do,

the will to want to do it,

the courage to undertake it,

the perseverance to continue to do it,

and the strength to complete it.
