OSHClub News
Dear Families
Welcome back to another year at South Melbourne PS. We hope you all had a relaxing break. OSHClub is looking forward to ensuring your children have a great time attending OSHClub this year. We have an exciting new program and wonderful activities for your children to enjoy. Remember OSHClub is for everyone to enjoy.
We will be open from next week, however, the number of COVID cases in Melbourne means there is a chance that our staff members may be impacted and might need to isolate and not be able to come to work. If this does happen, we will endeavour to source staff from our casual pool or as a last option we will engage agency staff. If there are significant numbers of key qualified staff affected, we may not be able to staff the service.
If this situation arises, we will need to close the service until staff can return to work, and this may be at short notice. In this case, we will contact all parents who have bookings and let them know. This will be by phone/text if it is an on-the-day closure, or via email if we are able to provide longer notice periods. We will also keep parents informed when the program will be able to re-open.
This is obviously very inconvenient for parents requiring and depending on care, but unfortunately as you can appreciate staff testing positive is completely out of our control.
Despite this, we are hoping for smooth return to School and we look forward to seeing you and your children at OSHClub.

Port Play - Exciting New Event Coming Soon
We are excited to announce a free, family-friendly carnival event taking place at Kirrip Park (adjacent to SMPS) early this year. This exciting community event will take place on the weekends of 19-20 and 26-27 February 2022. Many of our students will be participating via dance groups, choirs, band and many other activities to be announced. So, mark the dates in your diary to ensure you keep these weekends free to come along and join in the fun with our fabulous community.

Bob Stewart are currently using an appointment booking system.
You are able to go www.bobstewart.com.au and click on our school's page and then select the link to book an appointment for a full uniform fitting.
If you do not require a fitting & know your size, you can order your uniform via the the Bob Stewart website. Use the Click N Collect service or have your order posted to home.
