Exiting Mornington Secondary College?

It is essential that if your son/daughter is leaving Mornington Secondary College, an Exit Form or Transition from School Form must be completed before the student’s final day at the College.

Students transferring to another Secondary School are required to complete an Exit Form following their formal interview with their new school.

Students transitioning to TAFE or exiting the education system must attend a formal interview with the Pathways Team / and or Year Level Coordinators and complete Transition from School or Exit forms.  For students under 17 years of age, an application for a DET school exemption must be completed and approved before the student can leave school.

Without a completed Exit Form your son/daughter remains enrolled at the College and is expected to attend all classes.
