PBL Focus Term 4 Week 8

Term 4 Week 8 PBL focus is - Be responsible and safe - take ownership of my actions, keep my hands and feet to myself. 

Teaching students to take ownership of their actions means owning up to their mistakes rather than blaming or making excuses, apologising for their behaviour and realising that what they say and do affects others. Relationships can be repaired when things go wrong when we own up to the part we played in what went wrong. Owning up to our actions makes us more trustworthy and this helps us maintain our friendships.
