It was wonderful to see so many students enjoying and acknowledging our vibrant poppies on Remembrance Day. On Wednesday the 11th of November, teachers collected a posie each and displayed these beautiful blooms upon their prayer tables, and many classes gathered together at our 'field' to share stories of the brave and selfless individuals who fought so gallantly.
Last newsletter, Snow was re-introduced to the school community, along with Midnight and Cutie. Snow was so taken by her new home, she has decided it is time to be a mother and began sitting on our eggs despite the fact there is no rooster.
To fulfil her strong desire, Snow has been given 13 fertilised eggs to sit upon on and could not be happier. All going well, we should enjoy the sight of baby chicks in a couple of weeks.
