Performing Arts Support Group

We are currently seeking more members for our Performing Arts Support Group.

If you would like to come along, hear what we are about and how you might be able to help support the programs/opportunities for students, our next meeting will be held on Tuesday 14th  June. 

Time:  5.30pm  

Venue: Music Classroom, enter the Robinson Centre via the red door, first classroom on the left.

 

Discussion at our most recent meeting (the first we’ve had since Covid) included fundraising options and advocacy for the refurbishment of the Robinson Centre Theatre. We’ve seen other schools in the region gain significant upgrades to their facilities and we hope to see Ballarat High’s Performance Venue reach its potential.

Sponsorship and advertising opportunity in our programs

Run a local business or have connections with a business in Ballarat? 

For our School Production this year, we are seeking sponsors to help us boost our production budget. We are offering the opportunity for you to sponsor our show and in return advertise your business in our programs. 

 

Programs will be printed on A4 sheets and folded in half, so the page size is A5. 

1/8th page ad = $50

1/4 page ad = $100

1/2 page ad= $150

Full page ad= $250

Sponsorship and donations for our Raffle in term 3

Another feather in our performing arts cap at Ballarat High School is our ‘Cabaret’ occurring in September. During this event we hold a raffle to raise funds for the Performing Arts Facilities. Again if you have a business that is able to make any donations towards this raffle, we’d love to hear from you!
