Wonthaggi Grand Prix Race...

Students involved in the Human Powered Vehicle program at Woodmans Hill were provided the opportunity to represent the College by participating in the Wonthaggi Human Powered Grand Prix.

The category entered consisted of an 8-student team of both boys and girls, who competed against 87 other teams in a 24 hour challenge.  All students displayed high levels of leadership and teamwork.  They also ensured that they supported each other to finish the race successfully.

The H.P.V. team will be holding trials in the upcoming weeks to give interested students an opportunity to get involved. Woodmans Hill will be participating in another 24 hr challenge towards the end of the year at the Maryborough Energy Breakthrough event.
