College Notices 

YEAR 7 & 10 LAPTOP PAYMENTS AND COLLECTION 

Please note in the following dates for laptop payments and collection:

  • For those that signed up for split payment, the second payment ($685) is due via automatic debit on Wednesday 16 January.
  • All methods of payment will be checked on Monday 21 January, as devices will only be handed out to students that have fully paid for the device.
  • As the set-up of the laptop  is a time consuming process, we will be handing out the devices during the last week of holidays (see below). This will enable our students to fully set up their personal device for their learning. The set-up process needs to occur at the College and will take approximately   45 minutes before the device can be taken home. At home, the device will need to be fully charged before using it.
  • Listed  below are the collection dates and times. Due to the high number of laptops to be collected, we ask that parents adhere to the session dates/times.
  • The laptops are to be collected from the Middle Years Centre

  • Tuesday 22 January
    • 10.00 AM          -           Students Surnames A - D
    • 11.00 AM          -           Students Surnames E - K
    • 1.00 PM            -           Students Surnames L - N
    • 2.00 PM            -           Students Surnames O - S
    • 3.00 PM            -           Students Surnames T - Z
  • YEAR 10 
  • Wednesday 23 January
    • 10.00 AM          -           Students Surnames A - D
    • 11.00 AM          -           Students Surnames E - K
    • 1.00 PM            -           Students Surnames L - M
    • 2.00 PM            -           Students Surnames N - S
    • 3.00 PM            -           Students Surnames T - Z

 

Should families /students be unable to collect the laptop during the preferred time periods,  the College will allocate times after Wednesday 30 January during lunch or after school.

LAMONT BOOKS COLLECTION DATE 

If you selected the 'collect from school' option when ordering your books the collection day is Tuesday 22 January 2019 from 3pm to 6pm in the Middle Years Centre. 

SECOND HAND UNIFORM SHOP

The second hand uniform shop will be open on Tuesday 22 January 2019 from 3pm - 6pm
