Jazz in the Park - We Need your help

With a week to go until our Jazz in the Park evening (at 5:30pm on Tuesday 28th February), we are putting out two massive calls for help. Please support the success of the event by signing up to volunteer AND baking something delicious for our cake stall....

On the evening of Jazz in the Park, we have a number of different food and drink stalls and require 129 volunteer slots to be filled. 

With less than a week to go, we have less than 20% of these slots filled and are starting to panic a little.

Community events like Jazz in the Park can only go ahead with us all coming together and getting involved.

Please consider whether you can spare 30 (or 60 minutes) on the night to jump on a stall. This not only helps your child's school but is also a fun way to get to know new people.

Bake something for the cake stall

We are asking SKiPPS families to contribute to our amazing Cake Stall. 

We would love donations of whole cakes, cupcakes, cookies, slices or other delicious baked goods. Please bear the following in mind.

• Avoid items that need to be refrigerated or might melt, no fresh cream.
• Label items with the supplied tag, listing the ingredients, date baked and the name of the baker. We will price the items.
• Anyone who can cook for dietary requirements is particularly invited to do so but please label your items very clearly.

Baking can be dropped off to the Kitchen Garden room on Tuesday morning or Tuesday afternoon.
