FAMILY FUN NIGHT

Family Fun Night is soon approaching on Thursday March 30 and we are seeking our school community to help make it as great as possible:

How can you assist

We are currently looking for any community members who would like to assist, by running or sponsoring a stall on the night. This is a great opportunity to showcase your business to our school community. This can be done by a monetary donation or volunteering on the night to assist with the running of a stall.

We are also seeking a professional face painter to join our extremely talented Bibi, who the children will definitely remember from previous years. If you are a professional face painter, or know someone who would be willing to donate their time, please contact Laura in the office. 

Seeking raffle donations Donations

A huge thank you to all families who have already donated some amazing prizes for our raffle hampers. We have been overwhelmed with the generosity of this community. It is definitely not too late to contribute and all donated items are greatly appreciated. 

Some things you may like to donate can include:

• New toys
• Games
• Art and craft materials
• Books
• Hobby activities
• Party items
• Pampering services and goods
• Chocolate and other confectionary treats (within use by date)
• Vouchers for donated goods and services

 Please bring all donations directly to the office. All donations will be greatly appreciated and acknowledged with a special principal’s award.

Are you available to assist on the day?

If you have a valid working with children check, and have completed the volunteer training sessions, we would love your help, both on the night and for the preparations beforehand.
