FOOTSCRAY ART SHOW
Jackson School Student Artwork featured at the Footscray Arts Prize Exhibition 2021!
It is very exciting news that three Jackson School students are featured in the Footscray Arts Prize Exhibition 2021, a biennial arts prize which showcases the talents of artists in the Western region of Melbourne and also nationally. Benjamin Daloran (VCAL), Ana Joseski (9/10D) and Shakira Attard (Jackson School Graduate 2020) each have artwork featured in the ‘Young Artists’ prize category. There is a prize of $500 for each of the winners of both the Secondary and Primary School category. The winners will be announced on the opening night, which is on Friday 7th May from 4.30pm to 6pm, at ‘VU at MetroWest’,138 Nicholson St, Footscray. The exhibition will run from Friday 7 May 2021 to Saturday 5 June 2021. Well done to the students involved in this wonderful exhibition, a great achievement!

Positive Partnerships are holding a series of 4 free online workshops for parents and carers within Victoria.
Session 1 = The diversity of Autism
Session 2 = Sensory Processing
Session 3 = Understanding Behaviour
Session 4 = Working together
These sessions are for any parents, grandparents and full/ part time live in carers of a young person on the autism spectrum within VIC.
