Secondary Department News 

LOWER SECONDARY

The 7/8 students have settled in well to Term 2. This term students have been learning to use regrouping to solve addition & subtraction and summarising texts. Everyone is excited and preparing for the upcoming City Camp. The students who are remaining at school will also be participating in some fun school activities.

CA'FRESH NEWS

It’s all happening now! At last, after tremendous work and effort, the Jackson school café - Ca’fresh is nearly ready to roll out its yummy delights. All three teams- production, service and finance & marketing have shown enormous commitment and dedication to ensure that the staff will all be able to enjoy the wonderful array of foods and coffee on offer. We could see the team members are really developing important employability skills. These include teamwork, communication, problem solving and self-management. 

We specially want to thank the production and service team for their hard work! 

A very special thanks to our visual arts teacher Lynsey Hagen for all her stylish contribution that makes our café as a professional and inviting as any café you might find anywhere!
