22 APRILE: GIORNATA DELLA TERRA
On Thursday 22nd April was Earth Day, which is a world wide annual celebration to demonstrate support towards smart solutions for environmental issues, taking real action and respecting the planet we live on.
In Italian, the day is called GIORNATA DELLA TERRA, where TERRA means Earth.
Across all levels, we talked about the Earth, our CASA- MONDO ( house-world), we learnt the specific vocabulary for the topic, as well as focusing on the environmental concerns and discussing our contribution to make it a better, cleaner, healthier, happier place.
Students did a superb job, bravissimi!!
