Love Bites

On Wednesday May 4th, the Year 10s participated in the LoveBites program. 

We learnt about relationships, sexual violence and the Dos and Don'ts of a relationship. We did a case study about a girl a few years ago who was in a toxic relationship, and how to identify red flags.

In Session 4, we enjoyed a presentation from Melton Police that talked about the law and charges to certain felonies. 

For lunch we were given pizza and drinks and were able to chill and talk with each other and the Police. 

After lunch, classes engaged in activities to consolidate what they had learnt with posters, chalk, stories, poetry and one class was lucky enough to use the drums. 

It was a powerful program, and we learnt a lot.
