Mr G's Goss

What an exciting time at Somerville Primary School, we have had a very busy term with lots of fantastic things happening. As most of you are aware Mrs. Harvey has taken up a position as Acting Principal at a different school which has resulted in me stepping into the Acting Assistant Principal position for the remainder of Term 2. I am thoroughly enjoying the role and look forward to continuing to work with our students, families and wider school community to further enhance our school.

A little bit about me for those that don’t know. I have been at Somerville P.S for 12 years and absolutely love the school and am extremely proud of the culture and community feel our school has. I attended Somerville PS as a youngster and have grown up within the Somerville community. I currently live in Somerville with my wife, 3 daughters and 2 dogs.

READING NIGHTS

I have been super impressed with our students progress with their reading nights as we have had a number of students reach 50 and 100 nights this term. Keep up the fantastic work.
