R.E.A.C.H. Community Recognition

Is there someone in our school community (student, parent, staff member) that has displayed and upheld our R.E.A.C.H. values this year and deserves recognition for it? Keep an eye on Compass or our Facebook page for how to nominate.

Recognition this week:

Matilda M-GShe has shown consistently that she is respectful to her fellow peers in her class every year, is more than willing to go above and beyond to help her teacher Ms Nimmo in the class room. Is willing to give anything a try and not only encourages her peers but her brother aswell to be the best they can be.
ParAlways encouraging the children to strive towards their best.
Jackson (year 5 )When my preppy was having a tough time during his first few days at school, several times on the playground Jackson came up and gave him such encouragement by sharing how he had a tough time when he started school but now loved it and that by making friends that they would feel much better. He was so considerate which helped not only my son but me as a parent too knowing that there were older kids that would look out for the younger ones too. Gave a great first impression of the school.
Stella K-LHer excitement to go to school everyday since starting Prep, so very proud of her!
Tianee BFor her ambition to attend and learn new things everyday, even though she has been unwell and unable to attend she has been missing her classmates and teachers
Hayley WomersleyIt has been lovely to see how thoughtful and organised Miss Womersley is. My daughter has settled in to prep comfortably and happily goes to school. REACH Values Positive Behaviours Matrix

In 2021 each classroom will have a copy of the REACH Values Positive Behaviour Matrix poster (see below). This poster provides examples of what each value looks like in various settings in our school community. This will be used in restorative conversations with children and as a benchmark of behaviour for each and every member of the Rollins PS community.
