Year 7 Excursion - Student reviews

On Friday 4th February all year 7 students went to Funfields as a year level excursion. Below is some of the student reviews of the day...

On Friday, our whole year level went to Funfields!  It was so much fun.  Firstly I went on lots of dry rides, such as the Toboggan, The Sky Bouncer and Dragon’s Revenge.  For the wet rides I went on the Typhoon, the Kraken, the Wipe Out and the Blackout!...It was truly fun and enjoyable.   - Chelsea

The highlight of my day was spending time with my friends.  - Anon

After the first ride I walked to the Voodoo.  I watched the others have fun on the ride and then it was my turn.  We put on our seatbelts and…the ride broke!  - Robbie

As there were shops to purchase food at, throughout the day, kids were buying food from those stores.  The lollies store was my favourite…Overall, it was a really fun day and the Year 7s enjoyed it.  - Brendan

Just before lunch I went to the wave pool.  The waves were ginormous and it felt like they were going on forever…I made new friends and we all had a fun time at Funfields.  - Scarlette

My favourite thing was the Gravity Waterslide.  It was really fun.  I went on it 6 times.  The best bit was the drop and then going really high.  I think that we really enjoyed Funfields and it was an amazing idea.  - Isaac

It was funny seeing some of the teachers on the rides and waterslides, but I’m sure they were having as much fun as all of the other Year 7s.  This day was jampacked full of fun.  - Josh

The event was all about interaction with other students to get to know one another…I wish we could do it again sometime.    - Bella
