During Term 4, we will be practicing mindfulness. This is a way to keep grounded and to learn how to focus better. This will help to improve students learning and build emotional resilience. Attached is a book that will help with mindful parenting.

We, at St Fidelis, would like to sincerely thank you all for your dedication and support in helping us to deliver a curriculum that has enabled your child to continue to learn.
