Polding Touch Trials

It was a long wait, but after successfully being selected in the Armidale Diocesan Touch Teams last November,  Lara Torrens, Josie Knapman, Gus Simpson and Sam Davies traveled to Parkes on Tuesday 28th March to compete at the Polding Touch Trials.

Netball NSW Schools Cup Yr 3 and Yr 4

On Tuesday 28th March,  a team of Year 3 and Year 4 students participated in a Netball Gala day. Throughout the day the team played 5 games against other schools from Gunnedah and surrounds. The students all played very well and had a lot of fun. For some of the players, it was their first opportunity to play netball. It was fantastic to see our students showcasing our character strengths of teamwork, bravery, perseverance and sportsmanship.

NSWCPS Swimming Championships

This Thursday, St Xavier's will have eighteen swimmers representing the Armidale Diocese at the NSWCPS Swimming Championships at Sydney Olympic Park.

Polding AFL Trials

Good luck to Josie Knapman who will travel to Bateau Bay next week as part of the Armidale Diocesan AFL Team. 

Cross Country

The Primary Cross Country will be held on Thursday 6 April at the Soccer Fields and ending at the school. It will start at 9.30am.

The Infants Cross Country will be held on Wednesday 5 April at Kitchener Oval. It will start at 9.30am.
