International Student Day

International Student Experience Day 31st March

On the last day of term 1, a group of our Year 12 international students visited Monash University Caulfield campus with Ms Carol McCaskie and Ms Shupu Wang. They were introduced to a range of undergraduate courses offered by the university, and had a chance to meet current students who are completing different degrees. The students shared their experience of transitioning from high school to university life, what they enjoy as a tertiary student and the challenges they face.

The highlight of the day was when students had a chance to visit the faculty of our choices. The best one (arguably) was the Engineering Faculty where we were greeted by the student-made robots. This was followed by a fantastic lunch offered by Monash that included fried chicken and hot chips from KFC!

Students had a fantastic day and are looking forward to attending the next one in the future.
