Winter Sport

Training for Winter Sport will commence tomorrow Wednesday 2 May. All training session days and times are as per the Winter Bulletin. This is available on Frog.

Most teams will train once a week ONLY (exceptions are for U11/U12 Rugby, U11/U12 Netball).

Mondays 3.30-4.30pm: U12 Open Hockey teams. U11/U12 Rugby, U9 Rugby.

Wednesdays 3:30–4:30pm: All Football teams, All Netball teams, U12 Rugby, U11 Rugby - optional

Friday mornings 7.45-8.30am: U12 Football Mariners, Netball: U11 Kestrels, U12 Hawks, U12 Falcons & U11 Netball Firebirds - optional.

All parents will be required to fill in their children’s online sport registrations with NSW for legal and parental sign-offs (Hockey, Football, and Netball). All registrations details can be found on Team App under the relevant sports. Please see start dates below. These are also in the bulletin.

 

Starting match dates:

  • Football: Saturday 5th May
  • Netball: Saturday 5th May
  • Hockey: Wednesday 2nd May (Open Primary)
  • Rugby 12’s: Saturday 5th May
  • Rugby U9’s: Sunday 6th May

Team App

All parents will need to be registered with Team App as this is KWS Prep main source of communication throughout the season. This is where all draw information, draw changes, wet weather information, team selections etc will be found. Notifications can be pushed out directly to mobile phones, so is very important all parents sign up. The app is free to download from the app store. Please create an account, then look up your child’s Sport, then team and also request “parents”. No children are to sign-up.
