Coding and Art!

An update from the coders of our school! Their project are in the final stages of production. They have created their interactive poster, that will teach anyone about the human body! This poster is 3D, and will speak to you (once it is finished).

The next step is the final check before they present to some classes next week!

This has been done with some cardboard, paint, a computer and the nifty little device, Makey Makey.

This team has worked incredibly hard over the past few weeks and they are excited to show off their sensational work.

Roblox - What to know!

Roblox is a game-creation platform that allows users to design their own games and play a wide variety of games created by other users. The platform hosts millions of user-created games and virtual worlds covering a wide variety of genres, from traditional racing and role-playing games to simulations and obstacle courses. Roblox also allows players to buy, sell and create virtual items.

Safety features to keep in mind

The Roblox Community is made up of players and developers of all ages. They provide players and parents with numerous controls and safety features. The account's age group is displayed in the upper-right corner of the browser as either 13+ or <13.

Players age 12 and younger have their posts and chats filtered both for inappropriate content and to prevent personal information from being posted. Players age 13 and older have the ability to say more words and phrases than younger players. They also have access to players who are over the age of 13.

Take the time to check these details on any children's accounts, as these settings are one of many safety features Roblox has been introducing to improve child safety.
