Programs - VCAL/VET

Applied learning has had a rocky road as most of us have for 2020. The applied learners at St Johns were supported to figure out solutions to problems that they have faced when supplying evidence to their learning outcomes. The St Johns applied learners are looking forward to be returning to face to face teaching as they will be able to work together in teams and complete their Learning outcomes that require a more of a hands-on demonstration of their competency. 

In reference to the cafe build the year 11's will hopefully return to the renovating of the old uniform shop turning it into the Lantern café which will be open for business by the start of term one of next year (fingers crossed). 

For our graduating year 12 VCAL class they have had to really take control of their learning pathway during remote learning to ensure that all learning outcomes are deemed competent and that they will receive enough credit to attain their VCAL certificate.
