Oh yes, we could tell you that those who exercise regularly are clinically proven to be happier and less stressed.

 

We could drum home the point that statistically speaking, those who exercise perform better academically, have improved brain function and thinking skills.

 

We may harp on the fact that vigorous exercise will help you sleep better, but we won’t.

We wouldn’t even dare to mention the social, emotional and mental health benefits that go hand in hand with participating in productive sporting teams.

 

However we will tell you, that the HPE staff miss our students & our first class facilities and that we hope to see you all very soon.
