Year 10 Food Technology Practical Exam

During Week 5 Year 10 Food Technology students spent their time in class baking and developing their cake design ideas for their chosen birthday cake assessment task. Students demonstrated their skills with a range of colourful innovative cake ideas, demonstrating a wide range of icing and decorating techniques in a fun competitive environment. 

One Year 10 student used her beautiful macaroon topped pale pink cake for her sisters 18th Birthday and received 2 cake orders from guests!  

​All Year 10 Technology students are to be congratulated for the manner in which they participated, performed and praised each others work in class during this practical assessment.

Well done Year 10,  we are proud of your efforts.
