Dear Parents, Caregivers and students

As most people would be aware one of our students, Molly Bunnett,  passed away unexpectedly and in tragic circumstances on 4th May.  A number of our students and staff were effected by Molly's passing. The Department psychologists were and are available, as well as our College Wellbeing Team.  If anyone requires any support please contact Ms Lorraine East,  College Wellbeing Manager on 9555 5955.  The Cheltenham college community extends our deepest condolences to Molly's family,  friends and fellow students. Molly will be sadly missed.

NAPLAN

On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week our Years 7 and 9 students took part in the NAPLAN testing.     I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to the staff involved in the organisation and supervision of the tests, particulary Ms Helen Page, Assistant Principal, Ms Jill Langford (Admin), Ms  Cheverton and Ms Ilett (supervisors).  The results will be sent out to parents when they are available.

WINDSOR GARDENS EXCHANGE

We are counting down to the Exchange in a few weeks time.  The squad has been picked and the captains and vice captains decided. Our captains are

COLLEGE UNIFORM

ALL students should now be wearing full WINTER uniform.  Any student not wearing the correct uniform may be required to attend a work management session after school or at lunchtime.  We have had a few enquiries about boy’s shorts -  boys are allowed to wear shorts all year round and our girls, as they requested, have the option to wear pants during winter.  The girl's pants are available from our uniform provider, PSW. Students have the uniform policy in their diaries as well as in the student manual and there is a link on the website.
