GEOGRAPHY

The Year 4 team have begun our integrated inquiry investigations centred around GEOGRAPHY.

So far, we have examined a range of non-fiction texts, and used our knowledge of text features to locate information about Australia; particularly the many climates experienced by different parts of our country. We love the Temperate climate of Victoria!

In addition to exploring Australia’s climate, we have begun our Inquiry projects by exploring the climates of different continents around the world. To help our investigations, we created our own world globes.

Later this term, we look forward to researching one country at depth and using digital technologies to create a PowerPoint that we shall present to our class.
