OSHC News

The children are settling in very well and having fun getting to know other children from different classes and year levels. We now have our OSHC hat rack up. If your child comes to OSHC regularly, you may supply a Sunsmart hat just for OSHC so they can leave their school hat in their school locker.

Accounts are emailed out fortnightly and were sent yesterday. If you didn't receive an email, please let me know and I can try to resend or print you a hard copy. 

Payment is due within 7 days of invoice by direct deposit into the school's bank as follows:

Important: in the reference field, please include your surname and OSHC.

Enrolment and Booking Procedure

Please read the information on our website under the OSHC tab which includes the Parent Handbook, Enrolment Form and booking procedures.  Please complete an OSHC Enrolment Form (one for each child) before making a booking.  All children must be enrolled (separate to a school enrolment) before being able to access the service. Should you have any questions about the service, please contact Kim Barker our OSHC Co-Ordinator as per the contact details noted below. 

Enrolment forms are available on our website or a hard copy can be requested at the office.

If you're having trouble with the My Family Lounge App for casual bookings please let me know. All permanent bookings and cancellations need to be done directly with the OSHC team. Thank you for your cooperation.
