ATSI (Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander) Program at O'Connor

 

ATSI NEWS

 

We are excited to be working with your children at O’Connor this year. Our ATSI team consists of myself, Matt Griffin (full time), Kate Bloomfield (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings) and Renee Russell (Tuesday to Thursdays). If you need any information or have any concerns regarding your child please contact the school office and ask to have a chat with one of us. This year we will be offering the PRIDE program to our Year 7 to 9 students again and are looking forward to that starting in the coming weeks. There will be a camp in the last week of school offered to selected students in years 8 to 12, information to be given closer to the camp date. We have some wonderful students start at O’Connor this year and we interviewed a few from year 7 to get to know them, please see some of their responses below.
