October is International School Library Month

Our global school library communities celebrate our international connections during the month of October. I am fortunate to be representing St James College this month at the annual IASL 2019 conference in Dubrovnik, Croatia. My presentation is entitled “School libraries can empower and transform student learning journeys through the power of collaboration”.

This month our students are encouraged to:

• Choose a new author
• Find a different genre
• Explore another culture
