We would like to thank you for all your hard work and support throughout 2020. 

We appreciate that there has been a lot of movement in the survey schedule this year due to the impact of COVID-19 and that we have had to contact you closer to survey dates requesting your assistance. 

We would like to thank you for your patience with this and for your willingness to participate even with shorter than usual timeframes. We would not have been able to accomplish what we did this year without you.  

We hope that you will all get to take a break and get some rest at the end of the year. We would like to take this opportunity to wish you and yours a happy and healthy New Year. 

We look forward to working with you all again in 2021.
