Lent
This week we begin the season of Lent, during this liturgical season, we are called to fast, give alms and pray. As a St Luke’s community, this is a time we are called to grow more deeply in our relationship with Christ and reflect on our lives. Refocusing on God’s love for us and God’s call to love and serve others.
During the season of Lent, each learning area will continue to participate in daily Christian Meditation, a time of commitment to prayer and stillness. It is a time too;
Stop,
Be Silent,
Be Still,
and Pray.
I hope you find some time over the weekend to ‘stop, be silent, be still and pray’.
