2021 School Fees
Commencing this year, school fees will be billed annually and can be paid in regular instalment payments throughout the year. A 5% discount on net tuition fees is offered for full upfront payment of annual school fees by 31 March 2021.
2021 Tuition Fee accounts will be distributed by email in Term 1. Camp fees and other sundry charges will be applied to your account when they occur during the year.
Please note that accounts are due to be finalised by 30 November unless you have an arranged payment plan in place.
Student Accident Insurance is included in the Tuition Fee. The insurance cover is for 24 hours a day, seven days a week while the student is engaged in school or organised school sporting activities.
Payment Options
Payment can be made by EFT, direct debit from your bank account, BPay, or in person at the office by EFTPOS or cash.
School fee payments can be arranged through Centrepay and deducted directly from Centrelink payments. Please contact the office to obtain an application form.
If you would like to set up a payment by direct debit please contact finance@goldengrove.sa.edu.au indicating your preferred payment frequency i.e. weekly, fortnightly, mmonthly etc by 1 March 2021. Your instalment amount will then be calculated and a direct debit request form will be sent to you by return email for your completion.
School Card
Eligibility for School Card assistance (Income Audit Form A) is dependent upon the combined family gross income for the 2019/2020 financial year (income tax return) being within the following School Card gross income limits:

Please Note: Families who were eligible in 2020 will need to reapply for 2021.
School card application forms are available at https://www.education.sa.gov.au/sites/default/files/school-card-application-form-a.pdf or from the office. Please return completed applications to the School as soon as possible along with a copy of your Centrelink card or advisory letter.
Separate forms are also available for Self Employed, Change of Circumstances and other situations e.g. Guardians.
