Permission to Publish Photos/Videos of Students

We all love to look at the pictures and videos of our students in action. As the saying goes, ‘a picture is worth a thousand words.’ To that end, we are looking to update our student database of ‘Permission to Publish’. 

We are seeking verification that you are happy for us to publish photos and videos of your child in our newsletter, flyers about the school, class booklets, school displays and on our website. 

Please note: if we require photos for external marketing (newspapers, billboards, promotional materials, etc.) we would seek your permission directly, as needed. In general, we do not post photos of our students to social media. On the odd instance when this happens, photos will not include faces/be identifiable, or parent permission will be sought.

If you DO NOT WANT TO GIVE PERMISSION to publish your child’s photos in our school based communications, please click and complete this form. 

Please respond by Thursday 11 February otherwise we will presume that you are fine with us publishing photos.

NO ACTION IS REQUIRED if you are fine with us publishing photos.
