Wellbeing Wednesday

Thank you to our teachers for sharing words of inspiration with our School community.

It's a nice day

Matt Brinson, Head of Senior School

Take some time out to enjoy the day today. Today is a nice day!

It gets messy sometimes

I guess the moral here is that it does get messy sometimes, the important thing is to not stop trying.

One-minute meditation

Time to take a quick breath as we head into the weekend.

Try a mini-meditation from Headspace here.

What are three things you are grateful for?

Ms Jacqui Goldenberg's three things:

  1. I’m grateful to be able to make choices in my life every day.
  2. I’m grateful for my friends and family (and my dogs).
  3. I’m grateful to still be working at this time, in a job I really enjoy.

Reach out

Even if it is simply reaching out to say hello, ask how are you or RUOK? If you reach out, that person will listen. As the saying goes - a problem shared is a problem halved.

People may not always have the answers, especially in these times, but if you tell someone about a problem, it is easier to deal with.
