How often do teenagers get to be on the big screen?
Come along to the inaugural St. Joseph’s College Film Premiere Night as we show off all current Year 9, 10 and 11 Media Projects completed during Semester 2.
You will see short films, narrative movies and clips of ‘Our Days in 60 Seconds.’
Tickets are $5 and are available at the Paramount Echuca box office.
Come along and support our students as they share with us their ‘Oscar’ winning screen performances.
Molato comes from the dialect of Congolese - Lingala meaning 'the art of dressing.’ The project has come together through the support of a small group of community volunteers. Molato is under the auspice of Rural Australians for Refugee’s, (R.A.R.) with the aim being to support Nicole Dilubenzi and her children into our community. The group has assisted Nicole in establishing a career and income stream through her skills as a Fashion Designer and dressmaker. She now has a brand thanks to St Joseph’s College year 12 student Mia Gregor, who has worked tirelessly to achieve a logo representative of Nicole and her African heritage. The textiles students have worked tirelessly to assist with the smooth running of the evening.
