Re-Enrolment 2020
If you know your child will not be returning to St. Joseph’s College next year, please contact the front office or email the Registrar (registrar@sje.vic.edu.au).
Please advise us as soon as possible, so we can make ‘Offers of Enrolment’ to families currently on our waiting list and seeking enrolment at our College.
If we do not hear from you, we will presume your child is returning and count them in our numbers for the next year.
A CareMonkey email will be sent soon for you to complete.
School Fees
Please check your statement carefully and check that your payments are showing on your statement as we have been receiving money with no identification and therefore haven’t been able to allocate these payments to the correct fee payer.
If you find an error or feel that your payments have not been credited to your account please email finance@sje.vic.edu.au with details of payments made.
PAYMENT OF SCHOOL FEES
Our preferred payment is by Direct Debit either weekly or fortnightly,
in person at our office by card, or Direct Credit.
If you choose to pay by Direct Credit please use the account number in the top right hand corner of your statement as your reference. Do not use your child’s name or surname as we can have multiples of these names which makes it difficult to identify the payer.
