Textiles Display at the Arts /Technology Expo

This is first year the display of student work has happened outside of our college chapel. The setting at St. Mary’s Parish Centre was bright, light and spacious. It allowed our students to showcase their year of dedication to textiles. It was well received by their families, especially their extended families who took the opportunity to view the Expo over the weekend.

The best for me  was the 90-year-old lady who said “So many people run children into the ground, and they look for their flaws, for a reason to criticise them, but I feel comfortable knowing the world will be a better place for having these students in it”.  How great is that?
