St. Joseph’s SWPBS (School Wide Positive Behaviour Support) Framework

Respect, Commit, Be Grateful.

The Matrix is Coming!

Our SWPBS Team are continuing to work at creating, implementing and applying our St. Joseph’s College SWPBS Framework.

The Matrix is a significant part of that, highlighting expected positive and pro-social behaviours that are explicitly taught, corrected and affirmed. This contributes to a stronger, more consistent and positive school culture and provides the environment for students to grow, develop and thrive.

Next week the Matrix will be launched to students in a special Learning Mentor and House Assembly. The Matrix highlights expected, pro-social behaviours in all areas, including within the classroom, online and in the yard.

The Matrix was completed using the feedback provided from students, staff and families, and we are proud of the work that has been, and will continue to be undertaken.

Thank you for your continued support !
