Uniform Information
Opening Times
The final day of trading this year for the Uniform Shop will now be Friday 11 December from 8.00am to 10.30am. Last Saturday day of trading will be 5 December from 8.00-10.30am. Please ensure that any orders that you have made on behalf of your children are collected before this date.
We will then be re-opening in January on the following dates between 8.30am - 10.30am:
Saturday 16th
Monday 18th
Wednesday 20th
Friday 22nd.
- Collection of on-line orders (allow 2 days for your order to be prepared)
- Returns/refunds for purchases made in November/December 2020 (according to the Exchange/Refund policy)
- Over the counter purchases (limited fittings due to space restrictions)
You can place an on-line order for your child to collect when school returns (please update your children's year groups for 2021 on QKR as it is NOT automatically updated). We will try to notify students to collect promptly.
When school returns in Term 1 2021 will be open for over the counter sales by students or collection of orders from 8am to 10.30am. For students entering Year 8, we have book packs available in the shop, containing all the exercise books they require. These are $20 and can be ordered on-line or purchased over the counter.
How to Order
If you need to purchase an item of school uniform, here are the steps to take:
- Uniform items can be ordered online at: Qkr! which is accessed via the app on your mobile phone. Instructions on how to download and use the app can be found on the Killara High School website under the Uniform Shop tab (found under Parent Services).
- Parents are currently not able to attend the Uniform Shop. Fitting of garments will be limited along with the number of students in the shop at any one time due to limited space.
- Students are to collect online orders from the shop door in E Block. Please allow 24 hours from the time of placing the order for the order to be ready. If an item needs to be changed or refunded, please leave the item at the uniform shop during the above hours. Students can then return the following day to collect their items.
- Alternatively students can purchase uniforms with card or cash directly.
Second Hand Uniforms
Due to COVID-19 and limited access to the Uniform Shop, all donations of second hand uniform items are currently suspended. An announcement will be made when this changes.
The Uniform Shop has a collection of second hand uniforms which have kindly been donated by our school families. Although we usually hold two second hand sales a year, these events are currently on hold due to COVID-19. Once it is deemed appropriate to recommence the sales, parents will be notified through the newsletter.
Please remember that second hand uniforms have a no-return/exchange policy in place.
